Remedy Kombucha
Peach
This was quite a lovely and subtle amount of peach which reminded me a lot of a peach tea I’d had on holiday in America, however not as sweet which was much better. It was a very pleasant and quite refreshing drink to have.
Raspberry Lemonade
I found the raspberry in this to be a little too tarte for my liking, however it did have plenty of raspberry flavour to it. I found the colour to this to be quite lovely and on a whole it was a pleasant drink but not one I’d go out of my way to find.
Mango Passion
This was one of my favourites from the rainbow collection with just the right amount of mango and passion fruit flavour to it; it wasn’t overwhelming but you could actually taste something. It was a very refreshing drink to have and the bubbles were very gentle.
Wild Berry
Without a doubt this was my favourite from the collection. The colour alone looked amazing and very inviting, especially accompanied by the smell that came off it. The flavour itself was just like drinking an eton mess, with that same creamy mouthfeel to it. I love this one and will likely grab some more in the future!
Cherry Plum
I love a cherry drink however I couldn’t taste any cherry in this but there was, maybe, some plum to it. I did give Min a sip on a blind taste and they had no clue as to what was in it.
Ginger Lemon
I was hopeful for this as I do enjoy a ginger drink, however it felt like the balance was leaning more towards the lemon than the ginger so I didn’t enjoy it that much, however I would drink this if it was offered to me. Min on the other hand was a fan, but they are a very citrusy person.
Final Opinions…
I picked these up as I was listening to some nutritional scientist go on about how kombucha is good for you, so I thought it would be fun to experiment while doing something that was good for me. It was definitely an experience and there were some flavours that Remedy offered that I enjoyed, however I don’t think I’ll be continuing with this especially at the price point of each can.
